Quite a day for the team. We began the day as usual in morning chapel at the hospital. A group, Brandon, Barry, Catherine, Megan, and Amy worked to complete the home for the two orphans. Others on the team worked on various projects around the hospital. We all met togther in the afternoon for the house dedication the had a late tea with Mary and Stanley Gitari.
The house dedication was so very special. As Catherine presented the keys to the orphan's grandmother saying, "from my family to yours," we all felt very priviledged and proud to have been a part of it.
The young boy admitted yesterday for jiggers and malnutrition was all smiles today. The spirit of these very sick children shines on through their big bright eyes.
