Meru National Park, Kenya

From Leda Phillips: We saw a wide variety of animals on this first trip into the park . Our accommodations at Leopard Rock are very nice and it is a beautiful place along the banks of a river. After getting checked in we had a great lunch, a time to rest, and our daily devotional next the river. We had a late afternoon drive and saw a magical sunset before our evening feast. It has been a lovely, relaxing day and it's been amazing to see the animals in their natural habitat. We're looking forward to watching the sunrise tomorrow morning with some fresh coffee and monkeys for company.
