GUMC Team with 600 Pounds of Medical Supplies and Equipment

Each team member is allowed to take two 50 pound suitcases; one for personal items and the other for medical supplies and equipment. Examples of items include medicine, suture material, orthopedic implants and surgical tools, and opthomology supplies and equipment. Some of these items were donated, but many were purchased with donations or funds raised by the team. Estimated value of these supplies and equipment exceeds $30,000.
